Request deletion of your information.
You can ask Hi.Tech Digital Solutions to delete personal information you submitted through our website or shared with us about a service enquiry.
What to include
- Your name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us.
- A short note identifying the enquiry or information you want deleted.
- If you are asking on someone else's behalf, explain your authority to make the request.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that you are the person associated with the information before acting.
What happens next
We will review the request, locate the relevant enquiry records, and delete information we are able to remove from systems we control. We may retain limited information when required by law or needed to maintain business records, resolve disputes, or protect our rights. If we cannot delete some information, we will explain the reason where appropriate.
This request applies to information held by Hi.Tech Digital Solutions. It does not delete copies held by your email, phone, or messaging providers, or information those providers process under their own policies.
